Second Chance Grant — $1,000 Anand Agtey, Riley High School,  is currently enrolled at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla., studying aeronautical science and aviation. He will be advancing into his second year in the fall. “This college chose me,” Anand said, “based on my academic and social commitment and knowledge for aeronautical.” He is the son of Mihir and Helen Agtey of South Bend.
