The May Lunch Club will feature entertainment by students from the Dickinson Fine Arts Academy, directed by Bart Roberts and Alex Benoit. It is scheduled for May 10 at the Elks Lodge, 3535 McKinley Avenue, South Bend. Doors will open at 11 a.m. for socializing, and the meal will be served at noon. The menu will feature spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread. Tilapia is offered as an alternate entree, but it must be ordered in advance.
The cost is $13 for Lunch Club members and $15 for non-members. We will continue to offer a half-price incentive for anyone attending for the first time.
The lunch will be your last opportunity to enter a raffle for some fine prizes, including a $250 gift card from Best Buy, two tickets to the Ringo Starr concert at the Morris Performing Arts Center, a night’s stay for two at the Morris Inn , a toaster oven, a new golf bag and various restaurant certificates. Raffle tickets cost $5 each or five for $20. Each ticket has coupons on the back for a free car wash at Parkwood Auto Spas and a $5 discount on dry-cleaning at Burton’s Dry-Cleaning.
To make a reservation for the lunch, call (574) 393-6004 before 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 10. Or register by using the tab below. A table can be reserved if you have a minimum of eight people. You can cancel your reservation by noon on April 11 without penalty.
